Meet the Co-Owners
The people behind Dripped Irrigation
Seth Schultz
Co-Owner
Seth was taught the ins and outs of sprinkler systems by his grandfather when he was just a little kid. Those skills he learned landed him a job in high school as a sprinkler technician here in town. He was quickly promoted to a lead technician, where he gained deeper knowledge and built relationships for nearly 5 years. He enjoys getting to meet new customers and finding solutions to complicated problems.
When he's not at work or in class, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Scarlett, as well as enjoying the outdoors and cheering on the Huskers.
Tavyn Cruse
Co-Owner
Tavyn was a student-athlete who played football at the collegiate level, where he developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and dedication. When searching for a career path, Seth helped him get started in the irrigation industry. Tavyn quickly advanced to a lead technician role where, over the next five years, he continued to refine his skills and develop a deep knowledge of irrigation systems. He enjoys the hands-on nature of the job and takes pride in being able to make customers smile when a repair is complete.
Outside of work, he loves spending time with his fiancée, Grace. He also enjoys boxing and officiating youth basketball.
We've known each other for over a decade, were teammates for nearly six years, and have been working alongside each other for five. Dripped Irrigation was founded on the principles that we were both raised on: always being honest, displaying unwavering reliability, and ensuring quality work every time. We are driven by our faith and our passion for people, and we can't wait to serve you for years to come.
